Wednesday 29 April 2009:

1. Regular Hague run 1497 (or so) followed by:

2. Koninginnenach in The Hague. Wear Orange!!

3. Crash space at Neptunus’ shrine and/or other Hague hosts.

Thursday 30 April 2009:

• 13^th Queensdayrun run 1498 and BBQ. Costs: appr. € 15.

• Crash space at N. etc

Friday: 1 May 2009

• Leave for “vakantiepark”. www.vlugtenburg.nl

• After arrival we can spend time with activities like: kayaking, kit surfing, wine tasting, a train ride, beach games etc. Will work out the cost.

Friday 1st of May 2009 (When we have good weather it will be paradise; if the weather is sh*te then we can do everything (beside the runs) indoors!)

• From 15.00 hrs or 3 pm start of the weekend arrangement*. Registration.

• 7.00 pm: Pizza feast

• 9.00 p.m. pub-crawl to beach bars and torchlight run.

• When we arrive at last beer bar (Zeerust), we can stay there until we drop. Out of free beer tokens? Buy beer coins at the bar and you can use them all weekend in this beach bar! From the Beach Bar to the venue it is only 100 meters “Down Dunes” to bungalows. Beach Bar Zeerust promised to stay open until late and (live) music!!

Saturday:

• Breakfast in own bungalow or in the Tee Pee at camping area. Lunch packet. All provided.

• 12.00 pm: start of the runs

• 16.00 circle

• 18.00 showers

• 19.00 beach house opens

• 20.00 dinner, party and live band. Theme: Monsters!!

• 01.00ish: end

Sunday:

• Identical breakfast.

• 11.00 hangover run

• 12.00 circle

• 14.00 food and goodbyes

End of hash weekend.
